Agent Ranking

The Agent Ranking section, in the IT Contact Analytics Agent Performance dashboard, provides a graphical ranking of agents according to their performance.

To view the agent ranking, perform the below tasks:

  1. From the Sort by Rank drop-down list, select the required option: Sort by Rank or Sort by Agent.
    Selecting the Sort by Rank option shows the list of agents according to their rank.
    Selecting the Sort by Agent option shows the list of agents in an alphabetical order.

  2. Use the horizontal scroll bar to set the number of agents to display.

  3. Click an agent (bar diagram) to view the performance details in the right pane (Agent Performance section).
